Generally, the more the number of rows of the chain, the higher the carrying capacity will be, but the requirements for the manufacturing and installation accuracy of the chain are also higher, and it will be more difficult to make the force between the rows of chains evenly , This will also reduce the service life of the chain to a large extent, so in fact, it is recommended that the number of rows not exceed 4 when using rehearsal. When the transmission power is relatively large, you can choose to use two or more platoon chains.
When the number of chain links is even, the connecting link is usually chosen. Its shape is similar to the size of the link, but it will use a wire lock pin or a spring card and other locks to pin the pin at the joint position. It is fixed with the connecting chain plate; when the number of chain links is odd, it is necessary to add a transition link.
