Two transmission sprocket wheels or rollers are installed in the casing of the bucket elevator head, and are supported by the outer bearing seat of the casing. One end of the sprocket shaft is connected with the reducer and the motor by an elastic coupling. The sprocket and shaft of the machine head are usually assembled into components at the manufacturing plant and shipped to the installation site. The motor and reducer are driven by V-belts. The triangle belt pulley of the reducer is equipped with a backstop structure. When the belt is running, it suddenly stops for some reason. The backstop structure can prevent the elevator from reversing.
The machine base also has two redirecting sprocket wheels in the housing. The sprocket bearings are in the shape of a block. Along the slideway outside the housing, the wire sprocket can be used to adjust the sprocket to move up and down to adjust the chain tightness. There is an inspection port on the machine base, which is sealed with a cover during operation.
After the housing inspection is qualified, install the transmission reel and reversing sprocket on their bearings. Carry out sprocket positioning measurement. At the same distance from the side of the transmission sprocket, hang two wires to the lower part of the driven sprocket, and then measure the level of the transmission sprocket shaft and the redirected sprocket shaft with a frame level meter. , Does not exceed D / 1000, the allowable error of the redirecting sprocket shaft does not exceed D` / 500 (D and D` are the outer diameter of the driving and redirecting sprocket, respectively).
If the error does not meet the requirements, you can add horns and adjust the position at the drive sprocket bearing.
