Four notes on non-standard chain surface painting

1. The non-standard chain spray-derusted surface should be immediately coated with primer. When painting, it should be performed in a clean place. The ambient temperature should be above 5 ° C and the humidity should be below 85%. 60 ℃;

2. When there is no special requirement for each component, one coat of primer (excluding maintenance primer) and two coats of topcoat shall be applied. Paint leakage shall not be allowed. The paint color of each layer shall be different. 35 um, the total thickness of paint dry film is not less than 75um;

 The working surface of the non-standard chain smooth roller and roller can be coated with only one layer of antirust paint or topcoat, and the inner wall of the roller is coated with fatty rust paint.

The exposed processing mating surface should be coated with protective grease, and the exposed processing non-matching surface (excluding the frame) should be coated with topcoat or primer, and the dry film thickness is at least 35 feet;

3. After the installation and commissioning, the topcoat should be applied again, and the damaged parts during transportation and installation should be repaired before painting;

4. Pinholes, bubbles, cracks, peeling, sagging, missing coating and other defects are not allowed in the coating of non-standard chain primer and intermediate layer paint; the topcoat must be uniform, bright and complete.
