Maintenance and use attention of transmission chain

Maintenance

　　1. After installation, check whether the Transmission Chain is jittery, whether the transmission seat is normal, whether there is abnormal sound in the elbow and the lifting part, if any, the abnormality should be eliminated in time.

　　2. After the line body is running normally, the drive chain is susceptible to friction such as solid high-temperature grease. After the filling is completed, start the dispenser or the filling cup to inject liquid high-temperature lubricating oil.

　　 3. Regularly check the operation and lubrication conditions of the transmission chain. Use inferior lubricating oil if residues block the transmission chain and powder enters the transmission chain and should be cleaned up in time

　　 4. Elbows and lifting wear should be replaced in time.

　　 Use caution

　　 1. Master the actual temperature of the oven, and not make the transmission chain run for a long time at a temperature exceeding the normal use temperature.

　　2. Don't make the transmission chain run in a twisted environment.

　　3. Complicated operating environment and small turning radius can cause damage and deformation of the transmission chain, and the lifting and lowering will wear out quickly. The rationality of its operation should be considered when designing.
